Project Objectives/Components

• The consulting team will establish a Secured Transaction Registry ( STR ) to allow collateralisation of movable assets and provide relevant information to the financial community
• Recommend institutional structure for STR , legal status and ownership;
• Develop information systems infrastructure;
• Develop business and operational plans including organization, financing, and administration and staffing. Develop detailed operational procedures and train key staff

Project Tasks

• Provide for the technical direction, development and installation of information systems and infrastructure for the Secure Transactions Registry,
• The development of detailed operational procedures, and,
• Training of key staff
