- Analyze surveying and mapping activities and products to support the rapid issuance of land titles, and to identify the minimum spatial data requirements to support the development of a nationwide property registration system.
- Identify legal impediments in existing registration procedures and systems, and made recommendations on additions or amendments required of current legislation, regulations and policies.
- Conduct workflow analysis and provide recommendations on business process reengineering for streamlined information flow and procedures in local Land Registration Offices and Cadastre Committee Mapping & Information Centre.
- Provide training to local staff on all aspects of land surveying and registration system.
- Provide technical project management
- Tender and manage survey contracts, negotiating minimum prices.
- Assist the Cadastre Committee with the design of appropriate Standards, Specifications and Procedures for initial and subsequent land surveys.
- Development of a broad based public outreach campaign to raise levels of stakeholder awareness on real property issues
