Project Description

ILS has developed a multi user software environment which allows the Department of Housing in San Juan to track applications for low-income housing. Specifically the software:

• Windows NT based
• SQL Server as the relational database environment,
• Multi user client server three tier architecture
• Configurable workflow with multiple user control of the application approval process
• Transaction management allowing display and control of job queues within the approval process.
• Final approval form prepared into PDF format for disposition with HUD in Washington , DC .
• Interface is easy to use based on tabs and wizards and is highly customizable
• Full online hypertext help file.
