- Computers: 2 servers, 4 staff computers, and 5 public access computers (plus access by additional 40+ county staff via intranet)
- Other equipment: 3 document scanners, 1 plat scanner, and 2 new high-speed printers (plus 10+ existing printers)
- Peak system workload: index and scan 8,000 deed pages per day
- Project planning, implementation and management services
- Customize, test, and install VA Land Records™ deeds recording software,
- Establish backup procedures, security protocols, and system recovery plan to ensure the safety and integrity of the system
- Provide on-site training, documentation, and on-demand technical support for users
- Integration planning and design for system communication with other county information systems.
- Provide on-site support for County staff
- Ongoing system, technical and user support
- Design, implement and host County land record Web site
- Obtain existing index deed data and microfilmed documents for backfile conversion consisting of 9,000,000 deed pages
- Ongoing consulting services for further enhancement of the land records deeds system
